Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

As our products are fashion and apparel items that may involve hygiene, sizing preferences, limited stock, or customized selections, all sales are considered final unless the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

While we take every precaution to ensure products reach you in perfect condition, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item (different from what was ordered)
  • A missing item in your package

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos/videos of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To claim a refund for damaged, incorrect, or missing products, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
